Football tonight

Absolutely no sense of excitement about tonights fixtures, will presumably stick the Scotland game on the telly for a bit but it'll be more out of a sense of duty than relish for the battle. A game where neither team really has nothing much other than pride for play for. Still it's better to bow out with a roar than a whimper and if we can belatedly get a good result tonight i'll be delighted.

Then again if we do win tonight, i'll be thinking could we not have had a bit more of that on Saturday. No point fretting about it tonight, hoping for a good result so that come the the next qualification campaign it'll hopefully be on the back of some good results and we can kick on and do the job.
